If you are going to send us mail on e-mail address given on our website the administrator
of your voluntary given personal data is PLAST – FARB Sp. Z o.o., Sp. K with its registered
office in Torun, M. Skłodowskiej – Curie street, No 87a

Your personal data will be process in purpose to answering on your e-mail based on your consent
expressed in the form of a clear action, which was sending correspondence to us (Art. 6 act. 1 (a) of the GDPR)
and in case of possible investigation or defence against complaints that is our legitimate interest
realization (Art. 6 act. 1 (f) of the GDPR).

Your personal data will be kept for the necessary period of time to give the answer back
and after the realization for the period of time resulting from legal provisions regarding
the limitation of claims which we are entitled to and in relation to us.

In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities related to the PLAST-FARB Group.
Your personal data could be available for our subcontractor for example: IT companies, accountants
and distributors and in some cases entities authorized under the law.

You have the right to request access to, rectification, deletion or restriction of your personal data
processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer
your personal data to other administrators.

You have the right to cancel the withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting
the compliance with the right to processing before it is withdrawn.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority,
if we find that we are violating data protection laws when processing your personal data information.

of your personal data by e-mail: gdpr@plast-farb.com or in writing to the address of our office.

Decisions regarding the answering for e-mail correspondence will not be taken in an automated manner.
